Every kind of house. One kind of care.
From a first sketch to a complete permit-ready set, each project gets the same designer, the same attention, and drawings your building department can approve.
01A house designed around your lot, your budget, and your day.
We start with a conversation, not a catalog. How many people, how you cook, where the sun comes up, what you can spend. Then we draw a home that fits all of it.
- Single story, two story, and walk-out or full basement designs
- Drawn to the code and frost depth your building department enforces
- Floor plans and elevations revised with you until they feel right
- Complete construction set ready for permit and your builder
02More room that looks like it was always there.
Second stories, master suites, garages, in-law apartments, and sunrooms. We match rooflines, materials, and floor levels so the addition reads as part of the original house.
- Existing conditions drawn from your measurements or photos
- Structural tie-ins and roof connections detailed for the framer
- Permit-ready drawings for the new work
03Kitchens, baths, and whole-house redesigns your contractor can build from.
A remodel drawn on paper first costs a fraction of one figured out on site. We produce demolition and new-work plans, cabinet elevations, and electrical layouts so every trade knows what to do.
- Wall removals shown with new beam and header locations
- Cabinet and fixture layouts with dimensions
- Lighting and outlet plans for the electrician
04See the house before anyone breaks ground.
Full color exterior and interior views built from your actual plans. Useful for choosing materials, convincing a spouse, or showing a lender and a builder exactly what you mean.
- Exterior views from any angle, with your siding, roof, and trim colors
- Interior views of kitchens, great rooms, and master suites
- Priced per view and added to any plan package
05Duplexes, ADUs, garages, and shops.
Not every project is a full house. We draw duplexes and small multi-family buildings, accessory dwelling units, detached garages with living space above, and workshops. Same process, same complete set.
